My aim is to elevate your health and wellbeing in a meaningful way.  

I work on the assumption that all aspects of your life are equally influential to your health.

I have a research-based, non-diet approach to healthy eating. You won’t find me telling you that one way of eating suits all people, because it certainly doesn’t.

Instead you’ll get nutrition advice that’s tailored to suit you perfectly. I’ll help to eliminate confusion around nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits and supplements and you’ll get confidence and  clarity, know how and what to eat, what to take, and how to live to be well.

My aim is to make great health and wellbeing simple for you to put into practice. 

With me in your back pocket you’ll get research-based practical proven strategies that are straightforward; no restrictive diets, and no complicated time consuming health practices! 

I completely understand what it’s like raising a family while juggling work, life, all the things – and I’ve been through menopause (I get it!). 

Holistic wellbeing addresses every aspect of your health

First I need to clearly understand your unique situation and goals. We do an extensive initial consultation to go through everything and really drill down into what’s important to you. 

Next, I research and write a health and wellbeing plan for you. This plan may incorporate nutrition, movement, lifestyle strategies and supplements/herbal medicine. You may be referred for further testing. 

Within 2-3 days you’ll receive your plan by email. Have a good read through and we’ll catch up on the phone to discuss and plan the way forward. 

You may only need these first couple of appointments, or you may wish for extensive support  – the choice is yours.

If you’re not a fan of the taste of liquid herbs we can arrange capsules!

Nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining our health and wellbeing. Holistic nutrition services include personalised dietary plans that cater to your specific needs, helping you achieve better digestion, improved energy levels, and overall health and well being.

Coaching

Coaching is included as a standard feature my services. Coaching helps us make lifestyle changes that stick. Together we develop strategies to overcome any obstacle, helping your health and wellbeing stay on track.

Pathology, Functional & DNA Testing

Pathology assessment is included as a standard feature in the health audit. When you get results back from a lab they’re compared to a reference range of an average of the people who’ve taken that test. My wellbeing clinic focuses on optimising health, not average health. Because of this I’ve undertaken training with Rachel Arthur Nutrition to enable in depth assessment of blood labs.  We’ll track your tests over time to see if patterns emerge and to follow

Functional & DNA testing are available to help identify underlying causes of illness, and to guide treatments.
