Health Audit
The health audit is our initial consultation, an inquiry into the history of you – your physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, social, and environmental health.
Included in this service is analysis of blood tests and other labtests, diet, current and past diagnoses, supplements, and medications.
Creating your unique holistic health plan
I’ll ask lots of questions, and you can share as freely as you feel comfortable, knowing that whether on a video call or in person you’re in a safe space
By the end of this appointment we’ll have identified a handful of action points to begin working towards.
Your treatment plan will be emailed after the appointment.

Follow-up
Achieving optimal health is a journey.
When striving to make new diet and lifestyle habits stick, it’s normal to experience failure and frustration.
Often new symptoms or changes crop up after a week or two.
With this in mind we book a follow-up for around 4 weeks after the health audit – to check in and make sure you’re on the right track, and discuss new labs, and symtpoms.
This is not a compulsory appointment – you may be just great with a one-off wellness audit and feel good to go.

Prescription
Registered medical herbalists are skilled in the art and science of blending herbal medicine.
If you are looking for a bespoke remedy, or practitioner grade supplements then this is the appointment for you.
We meet over a phone or video call. I’ll ask about other medications and supplements you’re taking to ensure safety, and other relevant considerations.
Herbal medicine can benefit immune support, stress, post-viral recovery, hormonal issues and optimal health. *Appointment fee excludes the price of supplements/herbs.
